4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any access (such as website, hosting or ad accounts) needed for us to deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Markit Papa or is used with permission. Client logos shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners. Ownership of work created for a client transfers to that client once full payment is received, unless agreed otherwise.
